Lumia 1520 Fastest Windows Phone Ever Made Says - Nokia

6-inch phablet not only bears the biggest screen on a recent Nokia, but the fastest processor ever inside a Windows Phone, the highest display resolution, and what’s arguably the most rational compromise of camera quality in the company’s well-esteemed PureView system
Inside, there’s a 2.2GHz quadcore Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 chip with a healthy 2GB of memory.

The build design is amazing. I love what Nokia’s been doing with its flagships. Sure, it’s polycarbonate plastic, but there isn’t a flimsy bone in this phone’s body. It’s rock solid, and I love the cherry red gloss finish, though fingerprints are a problem.

Oppo’s N1 Coming Soon to India At Local Stores

The Oppo N1, a huge 5.9 inch device with a focus on the camera and some new innovation like a rear touch panel, was announced for the Chinese market a couple of months back. The device, at 3,468 Yuan = 570 USD = Rs.35,700 is set for a global December availability.

Oppo is apparently working to set up their own local branch here in India, WITH customer support! This foray into the Indian market follows other manufacturers like Gionee, which is also a Chinese company, unlike Micromax, Karbonn and various other Indian OEMs who basically get their devices made in China and import them here. Oppo is known for their build quality and value for money devices, even in the high end.

LG G2 A Better Smartphone Than the Samsung Galaxy S4

The LG G2 rivals its closest competitor, the Samsung Galaxy S4, in many ways: It has a better processor, camera and battery, but most important it's simply more usable.

The LG G2 breaks from tradition and puts the phone's On/Off button on the back of the phone, along with the volume buttons.
The LG G2 has a large, 5.2-inch screen, making it a bit difficult to operate one-handed.
The bottom of the phone has the microUSB port, headphone jack and speaker.
You can adjust settings on the LG G2 to make one-handed operation easier, but the large size of the screen still makes it awkward.
LG opts to include the Android home, back and app-switch buttons on the screen instead of making them physical buttons. The dial key is also prominent.
Put next to the Samsung Galaxy S4, the LG G2's LCD screen is superior in many respects except for video playback, where the GS4 excelled.
The LG G2 is on the left; GS4 on the right. The G2's 13-megapixel camera captured sharper detail and more accurate color than the GS4.
The LG G2 is on the left; GS4 on the right. Again, the G2 sees more detail than Samsung's flagship.
The LG G2 is on the left; GS4 on the right. The G2 is the better performer in low light as well.
